My name is Mikael, and I’m the DM Cartographer.

I’ve loved creating maps since I was a kid. I still remember playing Dungeons & Dragons for the first time, about 25 years ago. Our Dungeon Master had drawn beautiful handmade maps for us to explore. I enjoyed the game, but I fell in love with the maps.

Not long after, I started designing my own maps for friends so we could bring new worlds to life during our DnD sessions. A few years later, I studied landscape and garden design, where I learned to combine creativity with technical precision. I even ran my own garden design studio for several years, turning clients' ideas into detailed visual plans.

Whether as a hobby or a profession, mapmaking has always been part of my life. It still is today. I share many of my creations on TikTok, where I’ve been thrilled to see so many people enjoy them.
